I'm in a jewelry mode lately.
I've created some new pieces and re-shoot some existing ones.
It's the most relaxing thing for me to do, I love the whole process of jewelry making: looking for nice supplies, thinking about the design, think about the theme of the pictures etc'
I love the new shoots, I've tried so many styles until I end up with this romantic atmosphere and I'm so pleased with the results!
I'm planning more designs very soon.

How does a door sign is born?
First thing first, I create a sketch to organize my thoughts and understand in what scale I have to create the objects.
Then I always start with the had and finishing it with all the necessary details.
After that I go ahead with the body and attach the hands.
Usually after I finish the characters I start to create the background objects.
After all the polymer clay objects are done, I put them in the oven and start to paint the sign, write the names etc'.
When every thing is dry and the polymer clay objects are out of the oven and cold, I glue everything on the sign and attach a double sided glue in the back.
Sounds quick and easy, ha? well no, but I do enjoy the process very much :-)

Hi everyone
I've been away for a long time, again, but I manage to collect enough items to share with you guys.
I try to create new things along orders, it is not easy because my time is very limited.
I often start to work on something in the mornings and finish in the evenings after the kids are in bed, it's hard but the satisfaction is huge.
I guess your already realized that I'm a freak of stripes, it's showing all over the place in my site, shop, blog and in every corner....
So...I've made a few bead sets with stripes, hope you'll like them :-)

I have started a little beads project called "inspiration beads".
In this project I'll create beads according to pictures or palettes of colors I find attractive.

When I saw this palette by design seeds I knew it will be my first project, I just love these summery vibrant colors.

So I mixed and blended the colors:

Although I really can't afford myself to spend any time on a new stuff, 3 boys at home for more than two weeks (Passover holiday) and a hand full of orders, I couldn't resist this urge that kept popping and screaming "new beads, new beads, now!!!".
I had this vision of a summery set, something cooling and refreshing and I knew imediately what I'm going to create.
Yes, they feel like summer, smell like summer and I think they will fit summer outfits as well, but I still called them "April Rose" but That's me :-)

I have just finished working on a custom order for a really sweet customer that always ask for a special design and then this design become a hit!
So, I hope she did it again and I'll keep creating these sweeties because I LOVE THEM :-)

I found a little extra time this week to create these funky beads.
Yap, bright colors does make me happy and I guess no matter what I'll try, I keep coming back to bright, rainbow colors, I can't fight it and I guess I don't want to fight it either :-)

I got the idea from one of my clients (thank's Joice) that ordered a few variations of these stripy black & white design and suggest me to create it in a barrel shape too.
Well, I didn't waste much time, my little one was at my mother's all day and I took advantage to work like a crazy on some orders and allow myself to steal some time to create something for my soul too :-)

I have so so many ideas running in my head but so little time...
But don't fool yourself, I'll be back very soon with some new colorful goodness, Can't help my self ;-)

Hadar is Five months old

My little treasure is Five month old.
Time slip away so fast, too fast but I enjoy every minute (Thank god)
By now Hadar start to taste some vegetables and fruits, He tasted sweet potato, potato, carrot, squash, banana and enjoyed sucking a cold nectarine that helped his gums sore.
His days are quite structured, He wakes up around 6:30, go to his first nap on 9:00, second nap around noon and tuck in for his night sleep at 20:00 (and during the night wakes up between three to five time -yawn-)
We set a playpen in the living room, but he won't stay there more then 10 minutes.
He adore his brothers, his eyes literally shine when he see them and meet them again after they come from school.
Tal, my older, play with him and keeps him busy wonderful while I'm busy.
Lately, he discovered his voice and use it with no shame, he scream A LOT!
But hey....we accept every difficulty with tones of love, he is such a CUTIE ♥♥♥

Hadar is four months old

Today, my little treasure is four months old!
When I go back to his older photos, I definitely see a change. He grow so much and now he looks so chubby and not so squashed :-P
By now we can see his character, very good!
He has a great seance of humor, we can make him laugh like he just heard a very good joke :-) and on the other hand, he know exactly how to show us his unsatisfaction when he needs to.
Still, night are quite bad....I nurse him around three to five time and I sleep very little :-(
He sleeps very good between 20:00 PM to 1:00 AM and then start to wake every one and a half hour. His final arise is around 7:00 AM.
Last week he made his first turning over, we put him on his belly after bath and hop, he turn immediately on his back.
Since then, he do it all the time and very happy with his new improvement :-)
I find it very hard to keep him busy during his waking hours, basically, he wants me to hold him all day long and hates when I put him down on his play-pad or his Bouncer chair.

His brothers play with him from time to time so I can do something productive with my limited freedom.

Oh....and we are CRAZY over him!

Since I gave birth, I decide not to take custom orders for polymer clay beads or any thing that custom made.
I can't commit to provide orders in a reasonable time and it's better to work when I find the time and I'm calm and not stealing precious time from my baby.
So the best thing for all parts (my mental part especially) is to create things only when I find the time.
Well...one morning Hadar slept very well and I decide to take my polymer clay out to breathe some fresh air.
I have made this springy set of pillow beads and had the best time!

Hadar is three months old

My little love is three months old.
Wow...I can't belive three months went by.
He's such a sweet little boy!
He smiles all day but wont smile for strangers.
When we tickle him he has this cute giggle that make us want to cover him with kisses (and we do) :-)
When we put him two seconds on a flat wide surface, he's immediately start to stretch and try to roll over.
He hates to lie down over his belly and start to cry after one minute.
Still waking up three to four time to eat at night but breast feeding time become shorter and effective.
We crazy over him ♥♥♥

He is smiling a lot, especially in the mornings when he happy to meet us again after a long night (not so long for me though) and "talking" with us with his cute baby voice.

After a long brake from jewelry design, I got back to it
Since my baby is really small (almost two months old) I find it easier to work with jewelry components then with Polymer clay that is toxic and force me to be really carful and wash my hand every 5 minutes.

So I have a new line and soon there will be more designs with colored resin, gemstones and gold plated/goldfilled goodies.

On December 12 at 1:13 in the morning after 41 weeks + 3 days of long and exhausting pregnancy my third son Hadar was born.
Yesterday he was one month old, I can't believe how fast the time is going by, it feels like he is with us forever
We are so in love with him, my two older boys are enthusiastic from their new brother and they treat him carefully with a lot of love and care!
I have decide to take a photo of Hadar every month to document his growth on the first year of his life.
So here is the first monthly photo, happy birthday my love ♥

My older son Shaked also had Birthday yesterday.
He was born on January 12 and just turn 5

As you probably know I love stripes, I always did and uses stripes on my pillow beads.
Lately I discover this cute technique to create stripes, straight ones ;-) on round beads.
I really love these beads, and I think that combination of stripes and circles on round beads, can be very cool...
I have to find the time to give it a shot.
But first here's some new sets with stripes:

Another new creation is pumpkin beads.
They turn out so cute!
I chose to create them in light turquoise and keep the orange in a hint veins.
They can go great as focal's or as earrings, all you need to do is to add them some leaves cups and there you go with beautiful holiday earrings or necklace.

My new update is that......I just finish working on a flower cane tutorial!!!!
Yay!!!!
I have been thinking of creating this tutorial for years but as you already know me, the thinking part is a huge part and always takes too long :-)
You know....every thing comes first, always.
But, I'm very proud I finely finished it with not much knowledge on PDF's and office software thank's to my good friend Yifat that helped a lot with technical issues and mental support :-)
So I already listed the tutorial at my shop and even got my first feedback from the first customer that bought it and it's great and give me a lot of positive energy!

New earrings!

Finely I found some quality time with my jewelry.
I didn't touch this area for too long and all the supplies I ordered more then 6 months ago waited patiently in post office boxes yearn for a day light.
So finely they got out from darkness to sunlight and we all were very happy and excited.
I really love to create jewelry, to think how to combine the parts and create a piece of art that I'll love to wear myself.
I can't create something I wont wear so every piece start with the thought I just might keep it to myself :-)
I have so much wonderful ideas but so little time and energies *well that's how a pregnant women feel with a huge belly and endless fatigue :-)*
So, I did succeed to find a few hours and grab myself to my working table.
I spread all of my jewelry supplies around, all the parts and connectors, beads and tools and simply dive.
It was so much fun, so relaxing, I didn't want to got up and pick up my mess till next time.
I really hope next time will be very soon, it's a pure therapy and I have to keep it in mind!

Blessed September

That's it, the summer is behind us, I almost forgot it although I thought it will never end.
We had so much fun this summer, We travel a lot and waste a lot :-)
Now the boys are back in school (that also went pretty smooth) and I find my self going back to a blessed routine of quiet and calm work.
I didn't create a lot in the summer, sure didn't initiate new projects, but I did my best to finish custom orders in a reasonable time although my boys were with me all day long.
They are pretty big now, one is almost 7 and the other is almost 5 so I can really trust them and leave unbaked work on my working table and they won't touch it.
My little one, Shaked, started a new nursery school this year, I'm very happy with it.
The teachers are really smiley and nice and I feel good there.
The nursery school is totally new, I mean the building is new, the building process ended something like a week before the summer ended so I decide to give them an opening gift.
I made this door sign with the name of the school, in Hebrew: "atzmaut" meaning independence.
The sign full of happy smiley children that will put a smile on every child and parent that'll come to school every morning.
I love this door sign, I'm in love with every figure I created there and I really enjoy to see it every morning.

Some new sets

Finely I found some time to create new designs.
It feels a little strange to work with different canes other then my colorful ones.
I need to create some new canes pronto in order to produce some new look, I really feel like it's about time to turn into sort of new direction.
Don't get me wrong, I adore my funky, colorful beads, I really do and they sell great!
But it's a little tiring to create the same thing over and over again and I feel like my creativity is shutting down.
I got back to round shape beads, I think that round is really the best shape for jewelry although they really hard to polish, the pillow shape is a lot easy in this matter.
So I created these two new sets and it really made me feel like a beginner.
I'm so used to take the same colorful canes and put them together and now I have to think about the color theme of the set, the harmony of the flowers and of course the color base that can make the whole picture different each and every time.
But I had so much fun!!! You won't belive it!
The whole process of choosing the canes and every thing was very exciting to me and gave me new energy that lead to new ideas :-)
I hope to continue with this new spirit and to find the time to combine orders with new creations all the time.
I really like them, what about you?

Electra advertisement

I'm so proud!
My polymer clay characters came to life in this new advertisement for a big company here in Israel called ELECTRA.
The flash running a little slow here because I invert the file from swf to avi and I'm not such an expert :-)
The advertisement is running in some of the big forums and sites in the Israeli net and every time I run into it I smile like a fool :-)

Some new jewelry, shots, beads, etc'....

It is really weird to manege two different stores with two different look and style.
I really like my polymer clay shop, the colorfulness, the bright items on a snow white background.
It's happy, it's clean and it's totally me.
On the other hand, I'm falling in love with my jewelry shop.
It's 180 degree different from my PC shop, much more romantic, soft with more complicated shots (well I try).
Because all this romantic look is new to me, I always try to find the way to achieve the right atmosphere in my shots.
It is hard!
No more white paper and soldiers beads, now I have to think about the background, the light, the theme and the whole package.
So last Saturday I took my family and we went to a walk in the Carmel forest.
It was very rainy and cold but we enjoyed the beautiful view and the fresh air!!!
We dressed very well and took with us some hot tea with a lot of mint in it, and biscuits.
I collected some branches and a trunk peels that dropped from the trees.
I also did a little research on my camera and discovered a whole new functions that work much better for this new shoot style I'm looking for now.
I had to do the right thing for my new jewelry, new style, new technique and gorgeous result!
I'm really exited to show you the first buds from this wonderful technique I discovered myself, and cant wait to work with it and take it further.
This work take a lot of time and effort, It's a process and I have to be very patience but it worth the difficulties.
Pay attention to the background of the photos as well, I think I have done quite well :-)

Lately I created the "Color Cells" design in a different way.
I call the new designs "Color Cells- Spiders Addition"
The same fun and colorful pattern in a round and flat shape with colorful center.
I made 4 pairs with 4 different centers, great for earrings.
These beads remind me spiders, with 6 legs from both sides :-)
I love them!!! so fun and cool!

I start to create them lately and they so fun to create and the result is gorgeous!
They look so real with all the petal layering and curves and shadows...
I just want to make more and more of them in all kinds of colors and sizes...

Yes it's been a while since I wrote something but I have good reason :-)
I have opened a new etsy shop for my new line of jewelry.
I decide to separate my polymer clay stuff from my jewelry since they have different concepts and I felt that my jewelry need their own place that will give them the right ambience.
In my jewelry design I use most of the time in all kinds of metals, gems, stones, fabrics, crystal beads and some time combine my polymer clay beads as well.
I think that my jewelry reflect something clean and stylish with touches of vintage commpunents and it's very different from my bright and colorful polymer clay beads and accessories.

My new key chain

Finely, I have made something to myself!
Don't get me wrong, I didn't plane to treat myself like that, I have never created something to me or to my home, I never wear jewelry of mine or key chains or phone charms and don't decorate my home with one of my hamsass.
My house walls are empty, waiting patiently for a splash of color.
I can't even explain that, for me, to create something to myself seems like a waste of time because I know I'll never be 100 % satisfied with something that meant to be mine.
I always think that I can do better for myself, this is not my best creation.
So days turn into months and months turn into years and I don't have nothing of mine.
I'm the worst promotion of "sigaliot designs" brand!
So how did I get this key chain after all you ask?
Well...all by mistake.
I received a custom order for a key chain like that, only the customer ordered a small hamsa and I created a bigger hamsa...
So after I finished the hamsa, I have noticed that I have made a mistake!
I had to create another one, and this one waited and waited and waited until one day the hamsa looked at me, I looked at it and we both agree that it's about time that my keys will have a proper decoration.
I created this colorful hedgehog bead and agree between me to myself that this is it!
So I'm very surprise to feel happy and satisfied with my new key chain.
Yayyyyy!!!! :-)

100.....100!!!

Phew...100 beads!!!
I thought I'll never finish this one.
This was the biggest bead order with the same design I have ever received.
I created this huge leopard cane and I use it until it very end (I have few more slices in it)
It's the first time I'm working in a moving assembly line, creating and rolling more than 30 beads at once.
I don't even want to mention the sanding....gosh

I want to tell you about a good friend of mine.
I know her for 6 years now and we have a great virtual relationship, really, I can tell you she is my best friend!
We talk every day, we can't go through a day without have any updates from each other.
I really love her and I love her also for bringing the polymer clay into my life.
The first time I saw her nickname was back on 2002 when we both participate on an art & craft forum.
When she first came into the forum, we all was into napkins and crackles, until she upload this gorgeous grandma sculpture made up of polymer clay and I remember until today that on grandma dress was a little milefiori slices, very basic millefiori that amassed me! (And all the rest of the forum too)
She ordered me the first 4 or 5 clay blocks and carry away the whole forum into this polymer clay madness.
Since then, We are threesome: Yifat, the clay and I ♥
Yifat is a true artist with many hats, but the two love of her craft life is scrapbook and polymer clay.
Look at this marvellous Strawberry Shortcake sculptor, simply perfect detailed and proportion, I can stare it for hours!

On her shop you can find lots of sculptured sweets that will make you drool!
She makes this cutest pins with little cakes, ice-creams and cup-cackes that can be a great present for seamstress, or to attached them to greeting cards or even stuck them on a birthday cake, they're so so sweet and yummy!!!!

Yifat also love to take custom orders, she can stand on any challenge and she'll never disappoint you, I can tell you that!

"Disco Ball" round beads

It's have been a long time since I created "simple" round beads.
The pillows hooked me and I almost forgot how fun it is to roll the beads between my hands :-)
I asked to create the "Disco Ball" design into a round beads by one of my customers, and it was really fun!
The beads are quite big, they're 18 mm in diameter and they big enough to carry more millefiori flowers per bead so that's mean very colorful & funky beads that can be used to endless jewelry projects and actually can become a focal's too.
It's a little hard to sand them though, to hold them under the water and remember were I already sand, but it's really not a big problem when the result is this:

I love their colorfulness and happiness so I keep creating them.

Sanding day

Gosh I'm so tired today...................
I have to sand more then 30 beads and I don't really have the time to take my time.
You know that I'm sanding obsessed, I sand and buff my beads by hand, call me crazy but I didn't really like the sanding machines, and I bought two of them, one was really professional machine but I still returned it to the store.
It's just that I have to feel the sanding in my hands, I have to have control on the speed, on the amount of pressure I put on the bead and I have that every thing will be just perfect in order to put my beads out for sale.
I guess its in my character, I'm sort off a freak control and I tend to stick to the old ways of working (Don't ask about my wood rolling pin, o.k?)
Yap, I never take the short way so I work hard but feel very proud and happy with my creations.
I know....I know it's not really economic to work like I do, there is a lot of polymer clay beaders out there that don't sand at all, just applying two coats of glaze and sell in the same price that I sell.
But I don't know how they sleep at night, really, If I think that my work is not perfect from every aspect, I wont put it on sale.
I want my beads and my creations in general to justify every penny that my customers pay.
So custom orders take time, specially big orders (like I have at the moment), and that put me under a lot of pressure because I have to work fast but I have to keep my beads in great shape and finish.
Working from home is a big obstacle too, because I'm here, I see all the morning clatter and I have to make my self ignore and sit on my @$^%&**^ and work!
I have to be a really tough boss to myself otherwise I can close my business down.
It's not fun you know....people think that it's easy to work from home, they think that it's kind of freedom or something, that I sit leg on leg all they with a cup of coffee in my hand and make a bead or two per day.
But it's totally not easy or fun, I work my butt of and then take my boys from school and make lunch and do every things that almost every other mom in the world do and in the end of the day I find my self sitting near my working table and keep going.
My work is here all day long and I can't leave it at work, I live my work and you know what? I love every freaking moment!
(Now back to the sink!)

Hey, September is here at last and my two little monkeys got back to school and nursery school.
My big one started the first grade, I can't belive I have a child that go to school.
In my mind, I'm still a 17 years old that got this big role of motherhood.
It was really fun to buy all the school stuff, choose carefully the pencil case, the bag and all the accessories.
The change is dramatic, suddenly he have to be so mature and responsible and I find myself ask questions about homework and other school tasks.
So after a long summer vacation with my two monkeys, I finely find myself at home alone actually working and doing *my* polymer clay tasks.
At the moment I'm trying to finish a few custom orders, and then I hope I will start to create some new designs.
I have here on the computer screen a sticky note with lots of new ideas that waiting patiently.
Hope to upload some new things very soon.
In the mean time, take a look at this door sign and mezuzah case set I created lately, I love these fishes so much and I hope to use them in more ways.

Finely I arrange this flickr-blog connection so now the blog (I hope) will be more alive and kicking.
I have started to make these gypsy style earrings.
Long, dangle and funky.
This new design came to me at the middle of the night after I woke up to my son and in the next morning I already worked on it full turbo on, It's the only one good thing I can say about these night wokes though...
As a matter of fact, I saw these earrings in my mind with lots of little dangle coins, not beads...
So now I'm looking to buy those little coins in order to revive my vision :-)
Be sure there's going to be some more of these Gypsy style, I love it!

After a big and long break, I finely got back to eBay (Take a pick at the right side of the page).
Its such a good feeling to be in the middle of all this action, I love it.
I created some beautiful sets lately and Its really great to just create what ever I want and flow with my design mood.
Today I created three more beautiful sets and now they lying on the table waiting to be sanded to death :-)
So tomorrow is going to be a very "hand ache" day.

I love them ♥
why?
Because they make me sit and create stuff that maybe I won't think about myself.
I don't mean recreate things I already create before, but a new designs that the customer come up with by himself.
Its a lot of fun, I love challenges and I enjoy create something that came out from somebody Else's mind.
Today I have listed this per of earrings, A custom order for a really sweet lady that I met on flickr.
She asked me to make her this "target" cane as earrings.
I knew for the very first time she ask, that it will turn out to be a beautiful and funky set, just how I like!
I love these earrings, they have it all: bright colors, circles, sparkle and they are dangle too :-)
I think I'm going to create a new line of round dangle earrings very very soon!

I'm rearranging some of the photos in my computer, thousands!
I found this cute picture of my youngest son- shaked, when he was
I think two weeks old (now he is 3).
I remember that day like it was yesterday!
It was a really tuff day, because shaked was seek and spend all day long inside the carrier on me.
He didn't stop crying no matter what I did!
I think that when I took this picture it was the only minute that he didn't cries.
But, any way, I love this picture so so much and I'm sharing it with you :-)

Once for a while, I love to just sit in front of my beloved computer and play with the PSP (Paint Shop Pro).
I never actually learn graphic design, and I'm not pretending to be such an expert but I enjoy to play with graphics very much.
So, as you probably know (or not), I designed all of my site graphics and logo.
Its a very simple design and yet suit me just right!
I love stripes, I love color, and I love flowers.
Every now and then, I decide that I need new graphic to my business.
Why? I don't know....because I really don't need to change, I like it the way it is
But the PSP is calling me to play :-)
So last night I came with this new signature:

Its not much different from my last one, still has the same font and colors, but I wrote my name in English instead of Hebrew because most of my Internet business connection managed in English, And the Israelis reading English any way.
The second addition is this cute butterfly that also displayed in my site-etsy-eBay-blog banners too and I just love it!

Yes, its been a long long time since I have been here...
Well, I have an excuse...
First, I was lazy ha ha ha :-)
And when I did got here, I couldn't sign in.
So, this morning I gave it another shot and here I am.
For the past few month I created a lot of great stuff.
Lots of beads that found new homes already and lots of new creations to my etsy shop:

I really love to create this cute little bobby pins!
A small and yet beautiful and colorful designs, just like I love!
I really enjoy the process of thinking on what else can I create in such a small size :-)

As you probably know, October was the breast cancer awareness month.
I have received a custom order for pink ribbon pillow beads.
The beads came out beautiful and I just love what that designer (S. slonski) did with them!

For the past few weeks I worked on a big project for a big advertising office and I'm so proud that they choose me over really hundreds of talented polymer clay artist that we have here in Israel.
Today is my dead-line, and I finished the project and gave them to the finel approval so I feel so free and happy , Its like a huge rock that dropped out of my chest!
Of course I will show you the project as soon as I be able to publish it :-)

Well, I'm gonna take my kids from nursery school...The weekend have such a great smell Ammmmmmmm......

What a beautiful month, ha?

My two little boys got back to nursery school after a long long summer vacation.
Yes, we had a lot of fun! we went to the beach, pool, amusement park, water amusement park, cable railway and all kinds of grand moms, restaurants, friends and malls visitations.
But... it was too too long vacation, I can tell you that :-)
Now, we cross the first week, all the new beginning difficulties behind us, and I'm starting to feel the new routine like a fresh cool air in my back (yea, the autumn is starting to show signs too).
I took a force break from work, well not a total break but i definitely didn't initiate new projects, And i missed my spontaneous creations, those that come out of my hands with out specific plane or attention, just fun flowing with the materials, the colors and in the end, be surprise by the new born.
I have to finish first, before I'm total free a big custom order of 72 pillow beads.
Yes, this is madness, but i finished to create the beads and now I'm in the middle of sanding, buffing and varnishing process.
I will picture this colorful mass after I'll finish.

Between all the summer fun and activities, I found a little time to my self and took a glass beads course.
My gosh, I'm in love, period!
What a wonderful art, endless possibilities and beautiful shiny final products, no sanding, no buffing, no varnishing, what a treat!
Tomorrow is my last lesson and after that i hope my husband will find the time to arrange my working area with all the necessary tools.
I'm lucky that my husband is a technical man so he will set me the torch with the oxygen and gaze tanks.
I just cant wait, my head full of ideas.

I'm going to make a few changes on my etsy shop:
First of all, i lower the price of the barrettes in about 20% and I'm going to list more of them very soon (as soon as the sun will go out so i could take some pictures), i have many more examples so keep tracking.

Now on my etsy 20% of on this cute barrettes

And, i have more Hamsas waiting to pictured too, so all of the new stuff will list later on this week.
Also, i will list some cute cute key chains in a very good prices, so there is a lot coming on my shop.

I took some forced break from the pillow beads because i have many orders and with the children summer holiday i cant find the time to create more.
So I'm going true "pillow detoxification" right now and its hard.....very hard!

In addition i have new art coming along the way but i will provide further details when it will be more relevant.

Space view

This new set came out after a lot of technical problems.
Making the beads was a lot of fun and joy, as usual but after they came out of the oven, then all the problems decide to start.
First of all i discovered that one of the water sand paper that critical for the sanding process is missing.
So i ask my husband to buy me on the way home.
well, he forgot.
The day after he forgot again, but went out again (after he came from work) to buy me that specific water sand paper.
He found the number that i needed and came home happy.
Happy? not for long!
I guess they made (in the store) a huge mistake and tagged the regular sand paper as a watter sand paper so it didn't suit at all!
Next day (there is 2 days behind us) my husband finely find me the watter sand paper i needed.
I started to sand my beads and discovered( oh no....not again) that i have very little varnish left in the bottle.
So here we go again....
I ask my husband to buy me from specific store that i know they have a good price for this varnish, but they didn't have it so my husband decide (with out asking me) to buy me another one of another company ( "but the seller told me its the same thing"), it didn't work for me, i don't want to make experiences on my new beloved beads.
So, another day went true and i went to another store near home with high prices and not very nice owner.
The minute i arrived the sales lady turn of the light "we are close" what? why? i need something badly! please!
No, its "Ninth of Av " today (a Jewish day of mourning) so we close early.
My gosh, i will never finish this set!!!!!!!!
So......another lost day but!
This morning, my sweet husband went especially in the middle of work hours to bring me the desirable varnish i needed so so bad.
That's it, after a lot of delays, here is today set: "Space View".
Why Space View? because the colors remind me the look of earth from space.
A lot of blue, brown and a little green, so beautiful view and so fragile.

My inspiration

A lot of people ask me about my ideas of color combinations- my inspiration, how do i get it?
well...... from every where!
Every little piece of fabric, paper can light up an idea, also nature, flowers, fishes (from the red sea for example- beautiful), birds, just every thing surround me doing something to my art.
Even my children toys, even a smell (good one other wise.....)
I think there is no such a thing "don't match", its all about balance, size and pattern.
I love to play with colors, i love to try new things and new combinations, its coasting me a lot of cane work though and somtime even bitter disappointment :-)
My new beads today are inspired from a bag of a big American designers company called: VERA BRADLY
I got this lovely teeny bag from an eBay auction and i just love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, i love green and i love bandanna pattern so voila!

Oh and one more thing...
Yesterday i got a very nice convo on etsy from another blogger called "thatbeadgirl"
She chose me for "THE ARTIST OF THE DAY" on her blog.
Its very nice of her and i was flatternd.

A new blog- a LOT of work

Well, i started my new blog only two days ago and since then this is all i do.
It's really like opening a whole new site, only it's a site of one looong page with a lot of contents and stuff.
Since English is my second languish, i find my self "braking tooths" in front of all kinds of sites that offer subscribes and more cool features.
I didn't create beads for....lets See.....i think 4 days because all my time (left after home and family) is devoted to the Internet monster.
But hey, i love to play with new Internet tools, i love to learn new things, it is so much fun, i can sit all night (and next morning wake up with sore eyes) and just explore this wonderful world that laid in my little Wall niche and wait just for me.
so now, i think my blog is ready to go out there, to the rest of the world.
I don't know how interesting it will be but i have big hopes for it.
And tonight i might even sit on my $@%^&!@# and make a new pillow beads set.
I miss my polymer clay nights.
